At StickerSwag, every custom order is produced specifically for you. We work to get your order into production and on its way as quickly as possible.
Production & Turnaround
Production time begins after your order and artwork are received and ready for production. Turnaround times may vary depending on the product, quantity, artwork, and order requirements.
Please note that production time and shipping transit time are separate. Selecting an expedited shipping service does not reduce production time.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order when tracking is available.
Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.
Custom Orders & Returns
Because our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, all custom sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size or quantity selected by the customer, or customer-supplied artwork.
However, StickerSwag stands behind the quality of our work.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs so our team can review it.
When a qualifying issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Artwork & Customer-Supplied Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing their submitted artwork, spelling, dimensions, quantities, and other selected options before placing an order.
Our team may contact you if we identify an obvious production or artwork issue, but StickerSwag is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied artwork or information that was submitted and approved for production.
